L'Exception brings you its Made In France essentials in a total Fall-Winter look for Women.

The soft beanie and scarf

The Douillet brand offers timeless pieces: woolen beanies, scarves, and sweaters that will wrap us in softness this winter. The brand frees itself from trends and seasons in order to construct garments that its wearer will never tire of.La Maison Douillet takes its name from its founder, Clément Douillet, but also from what it evokes: delicacy, intimacy, comfort and tranquility. The extra-soft hats and scarves in delicate shades protect the neck and ears from the winter cold and comfort us.

For Douillet, local production is a given. The brand favors short circuits to guarantee the highest quality manufacturing, to promote regional know-how and to ensure that the garment's journey is as short and non-polluting as possible. Douillet uses only the noblest natural and French fibers, to build a natural, resistant, light and durable garment. The brand works with merino wool from Arles and a mixture of wool and recycled cashmere from Italy. Deeply in tune with nature, Douillet conveys this love of natural materials in its warm clothing.Douillet rhymes with circularity. The brand is interested in recycled materials, which it uses whenever possible, especially for its recycled cashmere scarves. It also ensures custom knitting for its hats, scarves and sweaters, in order to guarantee production without any material waste and thus limit waste.

Minimalism, softness, refinement: Douillet teaches us to adopt a gentle gaze towards ourselves, our neighbors and our environment.

Luxury gloves, the fruit of French craftsmanship

The House Agnelle has maintained a unique glove-making expertise for three generations and has been developing its sense of luxury and quality since 1937. Founded in Saint-Junien, in the Limousin region, the House is now run by Sophie Grégoire, the great-granddaughter of its founder, Joseph Pourrichou.Saint-Junien has established itself as the French capital of luxury glove-making, and has the "ville et métier d'art" label for its activity. The House of Agnelle keeps this craft alive and is keen to highlight this exceptional local know-how.Agnelle cultivates this respect for tradition without being afraid to express a creativity that has earned it several collaborations with great contemporary luxury designers.

The quality of the House's skins illustrates its reputation. It uses mostly lamb skins, coming only from the meat industry: these unused skins are therefore transformed and valued, instead of being thrown away. The skins for its gloves are worked in a nearby meatshop at Ateliers Agnelle in Saint Junien. These two workshops have received the EPV (Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant) label, a label distinguishing French companies whose craft and industrial know-how are a matter of excellence.

Winter will be milder with the Agnelle gloves offered by L'Exception. To combine practicality and elegance, the gloves offered on the site are tactile.

The must-have wool coat

L'Exception Paris launches its collection for Women with several essential pieces of our wardrobes, including the wool coat. The L'Exception Paris coat capsule is entirely made by the House of Lener Cordier, in their workshops located in the Hauts de France. The House has been developing its know-how for three generations, with quality as the key word. It was an obvious choice for L'Exception Paris to highlight this French and family know-how, in order to give its pieces this history and personality. The house's artistic director, Rémi Laquintane, imagined the perfect silhouette that transcribed the essence of L'Exception: contemporary, timeless.

The brand pays great attention to the materials it uses for its coats. It works with Italian suppliers for the material, a blend of virgin wool and polyamide, ensuring that its pieces are warm, comfortable and long-lasting. For its entire collection, L'Exception Paris is constantly innovating on fabrics to create ever more eco-responsible pieces. It is interested in organic cotton, recycled materials and wool recovered in respect of animal welfare. We look forward to seeing you discover these exceptional pieces, the fruits of impeccable craftsmanship and the assembly of the finest materials.

The military shirt to ward off the cold

Above a good turtleneck, the brand's Santi Billie shirts, cheerful and quirky, will brighten our winter. Santi Billie offers second-hand jackets, unearthed from military locker rooms, with added patches with singular messages to display one's mood for the day. These all-terrain jackets and shirts are timeless and perfectly functional pieces. Indeed, originally designed for military life, they are very resistant: thick canvas, reinforced seams, large snap pockets, cold cut collars, water-repellent fabric.

Santi Billie ensures 100% French production. She recovers vintage military jackets and then embroiders her patches in Paris to add her own little mischievous touch. Words and their power are in the brand's DNA. She uses messages to elicit a smile, a touch of tenderness, but most importantly to create connection and cohesion with one another.

Timeless, fun and the fruit of an eco-responsible commitment, Santi Billie pieces affirm all styles.

The Made In Paris Bag

Domestique designs leather goods accessories, jewelry and designer objects, all innovative and timeless. The founders, Bastien Beny and Simon Delacour, launched the brand in 2016. They are inspired by the codes of eroticism and desire to make luxurious leather goods that are a little provocative.

The leather goods are thought and made in Paris, from naturally tanned leather and non-allergenic plated metals. This guarantees both a more ecological and safer production for humans, without chemicals. The House favors natural materials and is not afraid to sometimes go into recycled.Alliance of chic and impertinence, the Domestique bag is an essential accessory to stand out.

Denim jeans, from Nîmes

In homage to the city of Nîmes, which was the cradle of denim (hence this name, distorted and sometimes anglicized over time), Ateliers de Nîmes is inspired by its heritage to create jeans that combine tradition and modernity. The brand participates in the valorization of French ancestral know-how: designed in Nîmes, manufactured in the Gard, Atelier de Nîmes is the only French brand to weave its own fabric for its sole use. It maintains this Nîmes heritage, working with a unique, sustainable canvas, and fruit of traditions.

Atelier de Nîmes is committed to developing a more eco-responsible manufacturing process. The brand uses twisted yarns to make its jeans, in order to obtain a strong and therefore more durable fabric, while making significant water and energy savings. The jeans are woven in Nîmes, where the use of solvents and chemical finishes is considerably reduced. The jeans are washed using a process that saves water and without the use of solvents. The Atelier de Nîmes jeans are the basic in every wardrobe for all seasons, but especially the winter season.

Well in your boots... in winter

We end this total look with the must-have boots from the House Arche, which has been ensuring French and family know-how for 3 generations. Arche offers shoes with clean lines and supple second-skin-like leather. The brand manufactures the majority of its models in France in the Loire Valley. It remains one of the few houses to control all of its design, development and manufacturing stages. Arche shoes are thought out, designed and conceived in Château-Renault, where the seventy craftsmen cultivate a unique know-how in the workshop, where craftsmanship is combined with new technologies.

Arche undertakes a rigorous casting for the choice of its leathers. It looks for the finest and most supple leathers for optimal comfort. The brand dares to innovate and develops soles made from hevea milk. This unique know-how is labeled EPV (Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant). These soles imagined by the house and built by its partners offer a perfect cushioning of the walk thanks to their micro air cushions. Finally, the house is part of a sustainable manufacturing process. It favors suppliers who are members of the Leather Working Group (the organization responsible for the main environmental certification for the leather industry).

Arche makes the choice of short circuits, it surrounds itself with French, Italian and Portuguese partners, for an entirely European production.

The boots, ankle boots or moccasins of the House of Arche will sublimate our outfits this winter.
