What time do you start your day?
6.45 am every day so I get a chance to have breakfast with my children and husband. It’s the only time of the day when we’re all together – I often get home late, so I make sure I spend a whole hour of quality time with them in the morning.
And when do you leave home?
I’m on my electric bike by 9 am after I’ve dressed the kids and jumped in the shower.

What’s your morning routine like?
I usually listen to a podcast on my way to work – Boomerang by Augustin Trapenard or a documentary series
by LSD on France Inter.
Where’s your favourite place to eat out?
When we don’t order online, I usually head out for a bite to eat with the girls at la Marine ! They always have great specials and it has a really quintessential Parisian brasserie atmosphere. I also love going to Chez Ima for their delicious salads and views
along the Canal St Martin.

What time do you leave the office?
Around 7.30pm I head to the bakery ’Du pain et des idées’ , in the 10th district – I always buy their ‘pain des amis’ which is the best bread in the world and I head home. On Thursdays, my friends and I go to an Ashtanga session with the yogi Sandra Varese. We usually meet at mine and grab a glass of wine at Café de Flore
for a catch-up.
Where do you like to go to relax?
Once a month I have a facial at Jane de Busset . Sylvie Puig - her deep tissue treatments are super relaxing.

Do you prefer to eat out or eat in?
I love eating at home! During the week it’s just me and my husband. In winter I love making soups and stews like pistou soup, minestrone, Thai stews and pumpkin broths. When I do go out, I adore trying Japanese delicacies at Blueberry , rue des petites écuries, and eating at Le Petit Lutetia Le petit Lutetia , rue de sèvres.

And after dinner, do you tend to go out?
I don’t normally stay out late, but recently I discovered this really nice after dark bar, le PIAF .
