She began to create pieces she wore herself as a hobby and, in 2012, she officially launched the brand by naming it after her daughter Hermina, the female equivalent of "Hermes", the Greek god. She now works with experienced goldsmiths and craftsmen in Athens who implement her ideas and dreams.
