About Globe
Globe is an Australian skateboard brand that produces a wide range of skateboards, footwear and apparel. Globe skateboards, longboards and cruisers are known for being well built and value for money, making them attractive to all ages and abilities. The boards are made using an epoxy resin glue, which is more stable than the commonly used water-based glue, making them stronger and less vulnerable to water damage.
The brand was founded in Melbourne by three brothers, Peter, Matt and Stephen, in 1994. Although they started locally, they now distribute their products in over 100 countries around the world. This is due in part to the fact that they were able to operate their own factory to manufacture skateboards.
The Globe team is a collective of skateboarders, surfers and snowboarders who all share the same energy and enthusiasm for skateboarding. Their mission is to create innovative, quality products that reflect a laid-back lifestyle.
