Über Confiture Parisienne
Die Pariser Konfitüre wird nach strenger Tradition handgefertigt.
Seltene und saisonale Früchte, keine Chemikalien und nur unraffinierter Rohrzucker. Ihr Garen wird bis zum Grad der Fertigstellung in Pfannen, nicht in Fässern, überwacht, damit das Garen homogen ist und die Früchte all ihre Aromen abgeben können. Die Marmelade wird zart in weiß emaillierte Gläser geschöpft, damit kein Licht durchscheint.
