Scintillating like a Christmas ball, bright like a champagne glass - and for a good reason - here is the 2016 vintage cuvée of our Christmas jam. And this year, it is a champagne rosé with a slight hint of white muscat, Pinot grapes and vanilla for Madagascar. The red fruit aromas of the Maison Picard & Boyer who provided the champagne, fight like the children under the Christmas tree to open the first scents of Pinot Noir hidden by the wine as well as the added grapes. As a result, an ideal jam for your gilled sea bass, your Serano ham platter, your toasted bread or your aunt at Deauville. Champagne !

About Confiture Parisienne
The parisian jam is handmade and following scrupulous respect for tradition.
Some rare and seasonal fruits, zero chemical products and only non-refined cane sugar. Their cooking is controlled with carefull watch in pot, not barrel, in a way the cooking is homogeneous and fruits can give all their flavour. The jam is delicately ladle in white glazed pots in order of not letting the light get through it.
Laura and Nadège, one from restoration, the other specialized into organic farming communication, took the gamble to give jam a role as a leading and noble player of tasting food, and not no longer just the best mate of the morning rusk.
