Working in collaboration with local Parisian vineyards to create a signature jam that has been crafted from red, white and rose wines, Les Vignerons Parisiens Wine Jam is a gastronomic celebration of inner-city innovation from industry leaders at 55 rue de Turbigo in the 3ème arrondissement. For this exclusive white wine jam, Confiture Parisienne has teamed up with Lutèce - renowned for its tropical top notes and summery flavours.
Rare fruits, and seasonal, zero chemicals and unrefined cane sugar. Confiture Parisian creates their jams in small quantities and using monitored to the exact degree in copper cauldrons so that the cooking is homogeneous and that the fruits can render all their aromas. The jam is delicately poured by hand in white enamelled jars to avoid letting the light pass through.

About Confiture Parisienne
The parisian jam is handmade and following scrupulous respect for tradition.
Some rare and seasonal fruits, zero chemical products and only non-refined cane sugar. Their cooking is controlled with carefull watch in pot, not barrel, in a way the cooking is homogeneous and fruits can give all their flavour. The jam is delicately ladle in white glazed pots in order of not letting the light get through it.
Laura and Nadège, one from restoration, the other specialized into organic farming communication, took the gamble to give jam a role as a leading and noble player of tasting food, and not no longer just the best mate of the morning rusk.
